—「L」”Pssh.” He simply gave a wave of his hand in her direction. How dare she treat him like some simple minded fool. Sure he looked young, sure he was ever so slightly rash, but it was definitely nothing that deserved to be judged off of in his opinion. He could only exert a huff and fold his arms over his chest as he made sure to lead. Golden cuffs once more produced a loud audible clang as the golden medal clanged together on his chest. He wouldn’t be so foolish to allow a girl to lead the party. If he was lucky he would happily allow someone else to show him around, he was nobility after all, he shouldn’t have to wander around pretending he knew the place. The only audible noise was their footsteps.
“Hm, is it always this empty?”
Like I’m supposed to know? “Beats the hell out of me, they’re probably all scared. Having an overlord in your territory is never good after all.” Emphasis drug over the title which he held so highly. He couldn’t help but mention his title once more, not for his explanation but to reiterate that HE was in fact strong. Stronger than she would probably recognize without proper demonstration, but none the less, he figured if he mentioned it enough times, she would learn. That’s how it worked right?
The surroundings looked like they were livable, definitely odd no one was around. No humans, nor demons. Though again, Laharl’s presence was far more noticeable to others than some. He assumed they simply could tell he was around, and that hiding was their method for survival. Not like he would kill them, simply rob and hit the road as he usual did with villages. But no one was in sight. It was off putting almost, partly due to the fact he simply wished to grab some food.
”…” An irritable hum left his lips. He didn’t like this vacancy but none the less he would simply have to deal. “I don’t know why the place is so empty…” A mischievous grin could be spotted curling on his lips. There was only one way to wake a sleeping town. Yelling? No, that’s too little noise. He needed to demonstrate his power, while managing to wake them. A simple tremor to shake the land should get everyone awake. Though he would wake till they found the center of the town, wouldn’t want anyone being left out after all.
“Hmhmhmhmhmmm, lets find the middle of this dead beat town, perhaps their’s a meeting hall, or whatever you humans use.”
|☽❀☾| It was almost hard to believe that this male held such childish aspects, let alone his egotistical nature as well. Sure, perhaps there might have been quite a few just like him whom she met prior from this encounter. But this one had to be one of the most snarky and irritable one’s yet. It even made her second guess as to how people managed to deal with his foolishness. Nevertheless, since this journey he seemed to handle everything rather well. Nearly mature in a way. Viridian-coated optics would soften the slightest from the thought, reddened tiers curved to a simpering grin with a quick nod of her skull following suit.

Some would call it peculiar, a medical nin such as herself being accompanied by an overlord. “I see.” She murmured softly, rigid heels descending upon the softened terrain in pursuit, arms swinging freely with each step embedded forth. Warming sunshine and a clear flash of azure in the sky was always welcoming for Sakura to come across. Especially during such a wearisome week as this. When it came to the ample amount of hours at work, there was no question. It was nice to finally get a break and to explore what other unique aspects the world has to offer. “Well I’m sure that everyone must be at work or completing other duties, after all–it is only noon.”
That being said, Sakura could only ensue a composed exhale with the simple rise and fall of her chest. Footing continuing their languid movements. Now that she mentioned it, she was probably right. There could have been people working or completing their daily tasks during such an hour–if that is what everyone performs in a territory as this. With the way her village itself does so, she was only making an obvious assumption.
‘Lets find the middle of this dead beat town, perhaps their’s a meeting hall.’
“Hm?" Such a hum led to a quizzical pivot of the head, curiosity prompted along feminine visage as eye’s drifted toward the other. Judging from the surrounding’s alone, she could only assume that there must have been a meeting hall of some sort somewhere or another. After all, isn’t that what town’s usually offer to newcomers? ”I’m sure there’s a meeting hall somewhere or another. Maybe we could finally get a map for this place.“ She suggested, palm motioning forward in his direction.
”–Let’s go before it’s too late, they’re probably going to close soon.“
