A;」las, this was how things were, This was how the world has been for as long as she could remember. All of them, she included, were cursed to live in this hell cages that they called walls. They were claimed to have been there to protect what was left of humanity, to protect the living from those vast giants that feed off of human flesh, just for the pleasure of murdering the innocent, they did not have any reason to feed whatsoever. It was just in their nature, and that was to kill, destroy and slaughter everything that moves. Such a cruel world we live in … yet it’s also very beautiful.

Crimson gore dripped down her blades, spine stiffening as the sound of desperate cries grew more and more manifest. She ignored it, there was no way she could save every life even if she wanted to. Plus, there was a limit to the certain lives she cared about, the pink haired female just happened to be on the same route she was headed, so she should consider herself lucky that Mikasa had taken pity on the girl and saved her from the Titan’s grasp.

Ebony locks grazed the smooth skin of her forehead as she took a few steps towards the other. There were no sign of any more titans, for now at least. ” …. You’re in Trost, Do you have any head injuries?“ Mikasa asked, bringing her hand up and gently caressing the others forehead once she was close enough to her. ”What’s your name?“ Mikasa asked, unaware that the girl wasn’t exactly from here. The ravenette just assumed that she had damaged her skull, which caused temporary memory loss.

|☽❀☾| So this was how everyone managed to live under such harsh treatment, wasn’t it? A town brimmed with bloodshed, screams and whimpers bounded by heavy chains to seek a mere shed of hope. To perhaps.. wish that everything would all come to an end. It was true, throughout every part of the word, there never seemed to be any room for peace, nor tranquility. Every individual always seemed to be isolated within their very own hell—and this was exactly the ideal setting for the many people manipulating under such troublesome conditions.

Head tilted the slightest, gaze descending toward the ground with incarnadine locks falling over her feminine visage in pursuit. The sound of desperate cries growing even more explicit than before. Everything just didn’t add up—or at least, in Sakura’s point of view did it. Just how on earth did these monstrosities form, let alone even manage to set foot into such a small; pacific town? From having knowledge prior from this journey, she assumed that these beings must have been a mutation of some sort. Either that or perhaps it was all simply apart of some sick-minded individuals plan to start such destruction and tragic demise to the lives of the innocent.

“My name is Sakura, Haruno Sakura.” A soft murmur of tone accompanied with a sigh led her a saunter a couple paces forth, vision leering toward the other’s stature upon the inquiry. "No, not at all. I just got here hardly a few moments ago.” It was true, one minute she was casually sauntering about various territories, exploring what other aspects of nature the world has to offer but yet… managed to end up here? In a town known for its mass destruction and the deaths of many innocent souls that died for no particular reason? Being a medical ninja and fully aware that everyone needed medical assistance, truly, there must be some way for Sakura to come in aid for those injured and in need.
