_{Naruto thought that it would be a good idea to take a hot shower before Sakura would knock at his door. Even though it was a daily routine of his, he made twice the usual effort to make sure he was extra clean for this date. As he dwelled among the mist of his bathroom he recounted the many dates he had taken Sakura on and he soon began to realize that this date in particular was a very important one. The mere thought of it sent goosebumps down his spine as he stepped out of his shower and placed his date clothes on. I wonder if Sakura-chan is as excited as I am. It would be a nice thing to kick off the end of such an awful work schedule.}

_{“And maybe something romantic might happen between us, dattebayo!“} 

_{His overzealous, hyperactive mind began to create offbeat scenario’s that caused his large heart to flutter uncontrollably. But all that was cut short when he heard a few light taps at his door. This is it, Naruto. The date that will sweep Sakura-chan right off her feet. “Yosh…” He murmured softly under his breath as he approached the door and opened it. “Sakura-chan!” A jovial bellow was his default gesture to the pinkette. “Are you ready for the date…to make all of our other dates look like nothing?!” Why did I say that, aww shittebayo…} 

   ^{With a more relaxed smile lulling glossed brims, eyes would continue to fixate upon her companion’s stature. It was always a pleasure to have the blond’s company around. Whether it came to a simple encounter on the streets or dates regarding such, it was still nice to know that.. at least those who she were close with were fairing well. After all, the reason why she did accept this date was not only because of his kindness and enjoyment of his company, but simply because of the trusts he instilled in the medic. They’ve known one another since they were nearly six already, so saying ‘yes’ shouldn’t have been anything too much of a shock for Naruto. Though, she must say. Sakura was quite shocked herself that she did so.}

   ^{With a sigh of content caressing the air, crimson hue remained stationary along her cheek-bones. Expression softening some. Whatever he had left in store, Sakura knew that she would love it no matter what. She had a liking for basically every idea he suggested, and she surely wasn’t too ashamed of showing it. It was then, at his inquiry and own excitement where pale lids fluttered to meet with his own, features shifting to one of sheer excitement. “Heh, you bet I am!” She chimed merrily, footing taking her a saunter hardly a single step forth. Allowing the slightest tilt of her crown, she then offered a hand. Brief nod endowed, delicate words escaping her lips like cashmere. “Shall we?~" Inquired softly, smile still in tact.}
